While this version doesn't have anything fancy, like automatic panorama or time-freeze Philpax tells me that his hack leads directly into his next yet-to-be-disclosed modification.
Everything works as you'd expect from a no-clip mode with movement and camera controls bound to WASD and mouse and a few controls on the numpad.
