CCP have released the finalised patch notes for Crucible 1.1 and it's a big one. Deployment will be during tonight's downtime and with the patch size being 31MB.

The most notable changes are the new NeoCom and balance changes to Assault ships which will all have a role bonus of 50% reduction in MicroWarpdrive signature radius penalty and various per ship changes.

The following is a list of the other changes to Assault Ships:
The following changes have been made to the Retribution
  • New bonus: 7.5% bonus to Small Energy Turret tracking speed per skill level.
  • +1 mid slot
  • +15 CPU
  • +200 armor hp

The following changes have been made to the Vengeance
  • New bonus: 5% bonus to Missile Launcher Rate of Fire per level.
  • +1 high slot
  • +10 CPU

The following changes have been made to the Harpy
  • New bonus: 5% bonus to shield resistances.
  • +1 low slot
  • +200 shield hp
  • +10 CPU

The following changes have been made to Hawk
  • New bonus: 5% bonus to Missile Launcher Rate of Fire per level.
  • +1 mid slot
  • +10 CPU

The following changes have been made to the Enyo
  • New bonus: +5% damage changed to 10% bonus to damage
  • +1 mid slot
  • +10 CPU

The following changes have been made to the Ishkur
  • New bonus: 10% bonus to drone hitpoints per level
  • +1 low slot

The following changes have been made to the Jaguar
  • New bonus: 7.5% bonus to Small Projectile Turret Tracking per level
  • +1 low slot
  • +200 Shield
  • +10 CPU

The following changes have been made to the Wolf
  • New bonus: 7.5% bonus to Small Projectile Turret Tracking per level
  • +1 low slot
  • +200 armor hp
  • +10 CPU

The new Neocom will have smoother button effects and animations and look less operating system. The Neocom now also takes care of hosting minimized windows, so the unreadable slab of buttons that formed at the bottom of your screen is gone forever. CCP have also changed the toggle-close window behavior of the Neocom buttons to toggle-minimize. See it for yourself.

Another well deserved change is a long-standing quirk where the gang bonus for shields would see you gain total HP but actually get them until you used your booster or passively regenerated. Something that caught many a new player by surprise when they'd join a fleet.
